– Why should I get tested

At-home testing is a practical way to take care of your health

– How can I pay for my order?

You can pay via credit card. We use Stripe for payment processing and accept all major credit cards.

A payment receipt is sent to the email address once the payment is successfully processed. 

– Do you accept health insurance?

We do not accept insurance. Insurance does not cover Tests for Convenience or  Travel purposes.

– Can I trust my test results?

All samples are processed in a CLIA-certified lab and reviewed by our team of licensed physicians to ensure high accuracy.

– When can I get my results?

Result delivery depends on the service you choose. We have

PCR Same day Result delivery by midnight 11:59pm, if tested by 2 pm

PCR Express Result delivery within 4 – 6 hours

Antigen Same day Result delivery within 30 mins

– In which states can I purchase a test kit?

We operate in all the United Stated for our Virtual Covid Test

For our At-home Premium Concierge service, we operate in the New Jersey, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Miami area

For our Clinic locations we operate in New Jersey, Chicago and Miami

– What happens if I test positive?

A member for our team will contact you for a retest as soon as possible before concluding a true infection. 

If it is concluded to be positive, we follow all CDC guidelines for instructing quarantine and further medical instructions. 

We recommend you take the results and consult your primary care physician for next steps.

– What type of testing is being provided?

We prodive rt-PCR test for our At-home and Clinic location
Antigen test is available for Clinic location
Central NJ, Miai FL, Chicago IL.

– Do I need Insurance?

New Bridge requires insurance only if you are symptomatic.

– Why do I need to bring a QR Code to my appointment?

Our system scans QR codes to quickly look up your registration record for check-in during the appointment. It also prevents excessive lines. 

– How long will it take to receive results?

Once the sample is collected, results will take approximately 24-72 hours for results. Please ensure that you use the same email you registered with for your portal login to see the test results. 

You will receive an email once results are ready to review and download from the  NavPass App

– Can I book multiple appointments?

For clinic location, only one booking per email per appointment. 

– What is the test results portal?

You can access Navus Health portal in order to download your results,  check the steps here

You must use the same email used when you registered, this is how your results will match up to your account.

– Do I need to do anything to prepare for my appointment?

Have your valid driver’s license or U.S. based government ID handy for the Navus Health clinical tester. They will need to collect your name as it is written on your identification. This will be used on the final test results report used to enter the international travel destination.

For saliva tests: Do not eat or drink anything, smoke or brush your teeth, for at least 30 minutes prior to your test appointment, as this will contaminate the test sample.

For travel pursposes you will need to have your passport ready

– How long will take the test?

For all test, approximately 15 minutes per person
