– Why should I get tested
At-home testing is a practical way to take care of your health
– How can I pay for my order?
We use Stripe as our payment processor. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
– Do you accept health insurance?
No. We accept online credit card purchases only.
– Can I trust my test results?
Your samples are processed in a CLIA-certified lab and reviewed by our team of physicians to ensure high accuracy.
– When can I get my results?
Results turnaround time is dependent upon the service ordered. Please check the product descriptions for further information.
– In which states can I purchase a test kit?
We operate in all the United Stated for our Virtual Covid Test
For our At-home Premium Concierge service, we operate in the New Jersey, Philadelphia and Chicago area

– What happens if I test positive?
A member for our team will contact you for a retest as soon as possible before concluding a true infection.
If it is concluded to be positive, we follow all CDC guidelines for instructing quarantine and further medical instructions.
We recommend you take the results and consult your primary care physician for next steps.
– What type of testing is being provided?
We provide rt-PCR test for our Virtual, At-home COVID test and Clinic locations
Antigen testing is available at select clinic locations, our at-home concierge service and virtual testing
– Do I need Insurance?
No, these are cash tests only.
– Why do I need to bring a QR Code to my appointment?
Our system scans QR codes to quickly look up your registration record for check-in during the appointment.
– How do I get my test results?
You will receive an email once results are ready to review and download from the NavPass App

– Can I book multiple appointments?
For clinic location, only one booking per email per appointment.
– Can I order multiple tests kits?
Yes, you can order up to 8 test kits on your own. If you need more than 8, please call customer support at (800)-573-2819
– What is the test results portal?
The portal is where you Navus Health account lives. From here you can schedule appointments, order tests and review results. For the most convenient experience, download the NavPass app in the App store or Google Play.

You must use the same email used when you registered, this is how your results will match up to your account.

– Do I need to do anything to prepare for my appointment?
Have your valid driver’s license or U.S. based government ID handy for the Navus Health clinical tester. They will need to collect your name as it is written on your identification. This will be used on the final test results report used to enter the international travel destination.
For saliva tests: Do not eat or drink anything, smoke or brush your teeth, for at least 30 minutes prior to your test appointment, as this will contaminate the test sample.
– How long will take the test?
For all test, approximately 15 minutes per person
