Book your lab order by using one of the following options:
Choose the date, time and place that best suits you
You will have real-time notifications through the entire process. Including a notification message when your LabBee Mobile Phlebotomist is heading towards your location
Receive CLIA certified lab results right on your smartphone or from your doctor
Lab results range from as early as Same-Day to three business days, though certain tests may take longer. Once your lab results are ready, your doctor will typically reach out 2-3 days after to review the results together.
No problem! We have two easy options for providing your lab order to LabBee when booking a visit. You can provide us your doctor’s contact information and we can collect your lab order for you, or you can ask your doctor for a copy of your lab order and upload a photo. Either way works for us!
We’re sorry to hear that, but we are happy to help. Please contact us at 800-573-2819 or email us at customercare@navushealth.com
Of course! LabBee only works with trained and certified phlebotomists. We take our candidates through a robust vetting process before initiating the hiring process. In addition, they are continually assessed during their employment.
We are able to accept most major insurance plans. If you insurance requires your labs to be processed at a specific laboratory location, we will honor that decision.
We recommend reviewing your bill to see if the laboratory has billed your Insurance. If not, contact the laboratory billing department and request that they submit the bill to your insurance provider, or if you’ve switched insurances, you may have to update them on this. Often, the lab requisition is missing the ICD-10 Code, which explains to your insurance provider the “reasoning” behind the test. If the Code is not listed, that may cause you to receive a bill from the lab.
YES. To request service outside our normal business hours, please contact us at (800) 573-2819 or customercare@navushealth.com.
Even if you are asked to fast for blood work, you should take your prescribed medications with water, unless specifically requested not to do so.
The exception to this is vitamins and supplements. These may affect certain lab tests, so they should be held the morning of a lab test.
Discuss what medications you are taking with your healthcare provider and clarify ahead of time if you have any questions on holding medications before blood work.
LabBee has an ever growing team of local Phlebotomists that will come to your location, collect your samples and make sure they get to one of our LabBee lab partners. We will take care of collecting the necessary insurance information so the lab can bill your insurance once testing is completed.
